It incorporates the same fundamental principals as for a Notifiable project, but does so in a more streamlined way. It is a very economic way of dealing with an area that historically was ignored in terms of Health and Safety, but ensures the Client remains compliant with regards to their duties under the revised CDM Regulations (providing pre-construction information).

A safety information survey is carried out and a mini "Construction Phase Plan" is produced. We refer to this as our 'Non Notifiable Project Plan' system. The Non Notifiable Project Plan provides the Contractor with a working document prepared by competent professionals, which enables them to manage health and safety on site. The Non Notifiable Project Plan is a good example of how we differentiate our service offering on smaller projects.
